Paystub PDFs can be viewed and downloaded on Paystub records in Crelate. Crelate has a default template for these Paystubs, but custom templates can be configured upon request. To download a Paystub PDF, select the Paystub PDF tray tile on a Paystub record and then select ‘Download’.

Once a Payroll Run has been approved or completed, you may wish to export the Paystub PDFs. Zip files containing all Paystubs in a Payroll Run can be generated to accommodate this. To generate a Paystub zip file, navigate to the Payroll Run that you’d like to generate the Paystubs zip file for and select Generate Paystubs Zip. Refresh the Payroll Run record and then select the Paystubs Zip File tray tile. Selecting the Tray Tile for the generated zip file will automatically download the Zip File to your browser.
