Each Idea comes from either the Discover Agent or the Insights Agent, and appears automatically in your dashboard view.

There are four core Idea types that appear in your Agent Dashboard. Each one highlights a different kind of opportunity or update; helping you take quick, meaningful action right where it matters most.

When you open a new job requisition, the Discover Agent automatically searches verified sources to find candidates who match your role. This Idea expands your reach beyond your existing database and saves hours of manual sourcing. For example, if you create a new Sales Executive role, the dashboard instantly surfaces qualified prospects you haven’t connected with yet.

After you submit candidates for a job, the system analyzes their profiles and automatically identifies others with similar skills and experience. This Idea helps you quickly build a stronger pipeline around the talent you already trust. For example, when you submit a few candidates for a Marketing Manager role, the dashboard suggests additional professionals with comparable backgrounds to consider.

When the system detects that a record in your database may match a newly discovered profile, it flags it as a potential duplicate. This Idea helps you keep your data clean and enriched responsibly. For example, if a new profile closely resembles someone already in your database, you’ll see a suggestion to review and confirm before merging.

Crelate identifies contacts that matter most to you based on how you interact with and engage your network. When one of these individuals changes jobs or updates their title, the system automatically alerts you so you can take timely action — for example, if a candidate you’ve worked with in the past moves into a new leadership role, the dashboard notifies you right away so you can reconnect.
