The integration between RingCentral and Crelate allows users to streamline communication by linking their RingCentral accounts with Crelate. This enables features such as text messaging and call management directly within the Crelate platform.
Licensing Requirements
To successfully integrate RingCentral with Crelate, the following licensing requirements must be met:
Crelate License Seat: Each user who wishes to integrate their RingCentral account with Crelate must have their own Crelate license seat. A single Crelate seat can only integrate with one RingCentral phone number at a time.
RingCentral Subscription: An active RingCentral account is required for the integration. This account must be purchased directly from RingCentral.
Next, under Integrations, you may Link your RingCentral Account.
You'll then be directed to a pop-up where you may enter your email ID or phone number followed by your password to login.
With that complete, you'll then "Authorize" those changes.
