If you have created an Automated Workflow Stage Email, you may, as an account administrator, easily delete these templates by navigating to Settings | Email Templates.

After selecting the template you'd like to remove, simply select the icon to delete that template toward the top right of your screen.

For more contextual guidance, Crelate will display a Template Type. You'll notice that those labeled with a Stage Email are workflow related emails.
