To begin the process, navigate to Opportunity Settings in your Crelate account. This section allows you to configure and manage job alert email notifications effectively.
From there, you may use the (+) sign to create a new alert. To configure notifications for job alerts, navigate to the "New Job Alert" email notification settings in Opportunity Settings. Adjust or remove global notification settings to prevent alerts for certain Opportunity Types, or use automated emails within specific stage workflows for targeted notifications. To customize the subject line and content of job alert emails, go to the Email Templates section, select the relevant template, and update it as needed.
