How can we get notifications when someone applies?
Answer
Navigate to Settings | Portals | Job Portal Settings, then toggle the feature On. Once enabled, you can select the specific users who should receive these email notifications.
You may also (optionally) enable “Also Email Job Owners,” which will send the notification to the assigned owner of any job a contact applies to.
Lastly, you can choose to include the applicant’s resume as an attachment in the notification email.
