The "Ongoing Checklist" feature allows you to automatically revert checklist items to a "Not Started" status when certain conditions are no longer met. This is useful for ensuring that your checklists remain up to date and accurate, especially when requirements change.

How to Enable:

  • Navigate to Settings in the bottom left corner of your dashboard.

  • Under Checklists, select your Onboarding Checklists.

  • When creating or editing a template, you now have the option to check the box for "Ongoing Checklist".

Once enabled, completed checklist items will revert to "Not Started" status if the associated requirements are no longer valid. For example, if the related artifact is deleted, revoked, or expires, the checklist item will automatically reset, ensuring the checklist stays relevant and actionable.

This feature helps streamline workflows, prevent outdated information, and ensures that all checklist requirements are properly tracked.
