Users who have Email Journaling enabled in their organization have the ability to enable notifications for Email Responses.
To get started, navigate to the Menu | Manage Your Profile & Preferences.
Next, select Notifications and toggle the Journaled Email Response setting to On.
You will now begin to receive Email Response notifications.
