Automatically exclude existing clients from Discovery results when looking for candidates

There may be times in which your team forgets or accidentally includes & targets contacts from an existing client. Take the risk off your team by leveraging this functionality.

Any company marked as record type Do Not Use will be automatically excluded.

Discover Criteria Prioritization

What

Why

How

Within Discover, you can prioritize specific skills, jobs titles and target companies.

Of course you want the AI to work its magic but there are also times in which you want to intervene. Within several sections, you can "boost" the results (or even require them) ensuring you find the best people or companies. For example, if a candidate really needs to have "Tax Planning" experience, mark it as Important or Required to re-rank your results.

Within the Discover Criteria section, you can hover in one of those 3 sections to change the weighted results.

Job Strategy Tab

What

Why

How

Automatically exclude or include specific companies you do or don't want to work with.

You can always add Target Companies or Companies to avoid via the Discover Criteria. But prior to, as you intake your order and set a list to target, you can explicitly add directly on the job req itself. That way, as your team uses that to initiate the Discover Agent, those companies will automatically be prioritized (or deprioritized).

Any company set as a target or company to avoid via the Job Strategy Tab.

Adding a Domain to Existing Company

What

Why

How

Automatically refresh a company to include an organizational list & mapping by adding a company domain.

Why not!? Those clients who are Insights Agent clients will have this (and much more) done automatically. Those who are Discover Agent only clients can simply add a domain to instantly build out a robust list of employees targeted by role, industry, etc.

Simply add the domain to the company record and then watch the tabs below go to work!
