Discover Criteria Prioritization
What | Why | How |
Within Discover, you can prioritize specific skills, jobs titles and target companies. | Of course you want the AI to work its magic but there are also times in which you want to intervene. Within several sections, you can "boost" the results (or even require them) ensuring you find the best people or companies. For example, if a candidate really needs to have "Tax Planning" experience, mark it as Important or Required to re-rank your results. | Within the Discover Criteria section, you can hover in one of those 3 sections to change the weighted results.

That way, as your team uses that to initiate the Discover Agent, those companies will automatically be prioritized (or deprioritized). | Any company set as a target or company to avoid via the Job Strategy Tab. |
