Based on valuable feedback, we are rolling out a series of updates over the next several weeks to enhance the experience with our Crelate Native eSignature feature. Stay tuned for regular updates on what is to come next!
New Enhancements
New eSignature Notifications - Additional notifications are now available to help you monitor the progress of your eSignature requests. You will receive notifications when:
A recipient views an eSignature request.
Each signer completes their signature.
An eSignature request is cancelled.
Viewed:
Signed:
Cancelled:
These notifications provide greater insight into the status of your documents, allowing you to follow the signing process from start to finish.
Improved Text Field Formatting - We have also enhanced the way text fields handle longer responses to improve the appearance and readability of completed documents. When text exceeds the available space in a text field, the field will now:
Automatically shrink the font size to better fit the available space.
Wrap and scroll the text as needed when additional space is required.
Prevent characters and words from being cut off within the text field.
These improvements help ensure that entered information remains complete, readable, and professionally formatted on signed documents.
** Note: The enhanced formatting for multi-line text fields is available only for newly added text fields. Existing templates will not be updated automatically. To take advantage of this new experience, create a new template or edit an existing template and re-add the text fields. **
