Non-Admins Can Edit Shared Email Templates (60+ upvotes)- Admins can now grant other users the ability to add, edit, view, and delete org-level email templates — no more bottlenecking every change through your admin
Smart Nickname Field (50+ upvotes) - A new merge field that automatically uses a contact's nickname if one exists, and falls back to their first name if not, so your outreach always feels personal. To enable, simply create a template and use the Name (Nickname | First Name) option.
Duplicate / Save As - You can now duplicate any email or submittal template with a single click, saving time when building variations off an existing template. Simply navigate to any template and see the save as option below.
See More Templates at a Glance - The Email Templates settings page now displays up to 50 templates per page (as opposed to 10), with more vertical space to make them easier to browse
