Crelate gives you the ability to set up calendar invites directly to your email calendar when creating an activity in a candidate or job record. These invites will come directly from your email address and be added to your calendar. In order for these to come from your email, you will first need to have an Email Connection. You will also have the ability to send invitations to recipients as well to allow them to accept and reject.

**Please note** This activity must be an Activity Mode | Calendar Activity as noted the Activities area within your settings in order to send as a calendar invitation (see below).

For example, when scheduling an interview with a prospect, select the candidate tile you wish to work with, and in the right context window, select the icon for your activity.

A popup window will appear with the interview details, including date, time, and recipients. From here, you can add any notes or details you would like to send to yourself about the interview. The notes in this text box will go only to you. To send a calendar invite to the candidate, select their name to include them in the attendee list. To officially send the invitation, you'll want to remember to save and send to log as a calendar appointment. You'll want to make sure your email address (or a connection that has been shared with you) is in the 'from' line.
