Understanding Crelate's Policies on License Cancellation and Billing Terms
Crelate offers structured policies regarding license cancellation, billing cycles, and payment terms. Below, we provide a detailed explanation of these policies to help you manage your subscription effectively.
Cancellation Policies
You can request to cancel your Crelate license at any time. However, the cancellation will only take effect on the next renewal date. This means that once you initiate a cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Please note that Crelate does not provide credits or refunds for any unused time within the current billing cycle.
Billing Cycles and Payment Terms
Crelate does not offer a month-to-month subscription option. While we may sometimes offer a more frequent payment term option in limited scenarios, all licensing and add on's are still part of an annual contract. Other billing options are simply a payment term and does not constitute a flexible non annual agreement. This distinction is important for customers seeking short-term subscription options.
Prorated Charges
When adding new licenses to your subscription, Crelate calculates prorated charges based on the date the license is added through the recharge date. This ensures that you only pay for the time the additional license is active within the billing cycle. However, prorated adjustments are only applicable when adding licenses, not when canceling them. By understanding these policies, you can make informed decisions about managing your Crelate subscription.
