Administrators have the ability to give specific User Roles Read access to Report Pages. The Report Access setting is only available for users with Read Reporting Permissions settings. Roles with Read and Limited will be able to have access only to specified Report Pages. Administrators can still set this to Report Access to All if they want to let the User Role have Read access to all reports.

Then on the specific Report Pages select the User Role Access to configure option:

In the Select User Roles pop up you will have a list of the User Roles with Limited Access to select and enable access for the Report Page.
