You'll notice when creating a job, it may have an External Email Address. This will be located below the job's 'details' section. This can be used as a direct forwarding address to email contacts into the database. If a contact were to email you a resume and you already had in mind that specific job that you'd like to add them to, you may email their resume to that address to automatically parse their resume and add them to your job dashboard.
