By following these steps, you can automate the process, ensuring that when an employee needs to complete the WOTC screening, they are automatically redirected to ADP.

Steps to Set Up WOTC ADP Integration in Checklists

Navigate to Settings:

  • From your dashboard, click on the Settings icon (gear) located in the bottom-left corner of the screen.

  • In the Settings menu, select Checklists to open the checklist management page.

  • To create a new checklist, click the green plus sign (+). Alternatively, if you wish to modify an existing checklist, simply double-click on the checklist you want to edit.

Add a New Item to the Checklist:

  • Once in the checklist editor, click Add Item to create a new checklist item.

  • On the right-hand side of the checklist item form, you will see an Action dropdown. From this dropdown, select WOTC Screening to trigger the ADP integration for screening.

Save the Checklist:

  • After configuring the checklist item with the WOTC Screening action, click Save to store the changes.

After the checklist has been set up, when the employee reaches the WOTC screening stage, the system will automatically redirect them to ADP to complete the screening process.
