View an Artifact on a Record

View an Artifact in the Activity stream or Document panel, check for pending verification, and filter by expiration when a date is set.

An Artifact is visible in the Activity stream and on the Document panel of a record.

Note: If your artifact requires verification, you will see a “Pending Verification” notice on the Document Panel.

You can use the Activity stream Filter to display all documents, which will include Artifacts.

From the Document panel, if your Artifact has an Expiration date, you can use the Filter to select “Expires” options.
