Who can use Email Campaign plans?
Email campaigns are available on Business subscriptions and above. Business subscriptions automatically include the L0 plan.
How to purchase or upgrade an Email Campaign plan
You cannot buy an email campaign plan directly in Crelate. Instead, contact your Success Manager or the Crelate support team and tell them which plan you would like. They will help you with the purchase.
A Crelate Administrator can review the plans in Settings > Manage Licenses, under Email Campaign Plans. The screen directs administrators to contact a Success Manager or Support to make changes.
