Each Business level subscription will automatically include the Level 0 Plan. Professional level subscribers will be able to purchase email campaigning plans by upgrading to business for access. To purchase or upgrade campaigns follow these steps:
As a Crelate Administrator, access Settings on the left navigation bar.
Select Manage Licenses beneath the Subscription header.
Scroll down to Email Campaign Plans.
Select a plan and click Buy'
Once you have purchased your desired plan, your selection will appear under 'Email Campaigns' with lower tiered plans becoming grayed out.
Email Campaign Plans
L0 Plan: This plan is included at no extra cost to all Business level subscribers. The L0 plan includes 400 emails per day/2,500 emails per month.
L1 Plan: Business users may upgrade to the L1 plan for $88 dollars per month. This plan includes 800 emails per day/10,000 emails per month
L2 Plan: Business users may upgrade to the L2 plan for $175 dollars per month. This plan includes 2,000 emails per day/20,000 emails per month
L3 Plan: Business users may upgrade to the L3 plan for $275 dollars per month. This plan includes 4,000 emails per day/50,000 emails per month
**Please Note #1** These email limits apply to the org as a whole. These are NOT per user limits.**
