We are often asked how Crelate will keep track of the placements when there are multiple openings on one opportunity. In this case, we would recommend setting the number of openings on the opportunity record to match the number of openings you will be filling, as shown below:

As you make placements for this opportunity, you will be prompted with the below highlighted messaging updating you with how many placements have been made and it will also update the opportunity status to 'Partially Filled' until you have filled the total count of openings.
