In Crelate, when parsing in a resume, you'll have the option to parse the company to be created as a new company profile. We do also allow for the option to disable this.

You may disable the company and job title parsing by navigating to Settings | Advanced | Resume Parser. From there you may disable the parsing of current job titles and companies moving forward.
