Have you noticed that your Email Signature is not populating when you are sending Email Campaigns through Crelate?
If so, the likely cause for this would be that your username email address does not match your email connection.
For example, below the username is listed as "aroder@test.com":
Whereas, the email connection is listed as "aroder@crelate.com":
When these two email addresses do not match, Email Campaigns will not populate the Email Signature you have set up in your account, and you will want to either change your username to match, or add in another Email Connection!
