In Crelate, you'll have the ability to add a billing license to your system. This user will have the rights and permissions only to see billing based information and not the full ATS/CRM.
To start, navigate to Settings | Users and select the plus sign.
Next, use the drop down to select the 'License Type' as 'Billing Admin' and then enter the credentialing information.
When a billing admin logs in, they will be able to view and manage the subscription area only. This will be their home page view (see below).
They are able to add licenses by selecting the Change License Quantity option or buy new plans such as SMS or Email Campaigns:
