In Crelate, you may notice a warning icon or see a message indicating that your email token has expired. This typically occurs if you've made a recent change to your password where your email is no longer verified through Crelate.
To correct this, navigate to the menu in the top left and select Manage your Profile & Preferences.
From there, navigate to your Email Connections and select Re-authorize.
Or, you may need to delete your credential and re-authorize if you do not initially see the re-authorize option.
Next, you'll be prompted to login to your email account. Simply entering your credentials will re-authorize that connection. You may then return to any contact record to send an email.
