Question

How can I find contacts in my database based on assigned tags?

Answer

In Crelate, the best method for querying based on tags is by navigating to Search. Once in search, you'll notice tags will be located as a common filter to the right of your screen. You may select from the most common tags to query based on that tag. Alternatively, you may also begin typing to render a picklist of tags or select the magnifying glass to view specific tags and tag categories.

Additionally, run more advanced tag queries by enabling Advanced Search. With Advanced search enabled, users may query based on contacts with All or Any of the selected tags. Meaning contacts must have each tag (if multiple are selected) in order to render in search results. Alternatively, if selecting multiple tags, any will allow contacts to render simply if they have one of the tags identified in your search.
