With almost 100 upvotes on our feedback board; we’ve added two top requested capabilities to Lists. From Contacts, Companies and Jobs/Opportunities, you can now see all Lists the record is a part of (not just the Top 10 Recent Lists), you can now assign multiple Lists at once and remove from multiple lists at once! New capabilities include:

Using the dropdown at the top for any type of record, you will now see the option for Manage Lists, in which you can view all lists that record is currently added to and also remove the record from a list.

When selecting the option to See all Lists for this record, a new window will open, showing all current lists for this record, whether the lists are shared or private, and also allow you to remove the record from any list directly from within this window.

You asked and we delivered! You can now easily manage lists for the records in your database directly from within the record using our new and improved list management option.
