Compliance User Role Settings

Set whether a user role can access the Compliance Center, verify and lock Artifacts, or revoke and lock them.

Access to the compliance and verification settings is under the Artifacts User Role settings.

View Compliance Center

  • No – This user role will not have access to the Compliance Center

  • Allowed – This user role will have access to the Compliance Center

Verify Artifacts

  • No – This user role will not be able to verify Artifacts

  • Allowed -This user role will be able to verify and lock Artifacts

Revoke Artifacts

  • No -This user role will not be able to revoke Artifacts

  • Allowed -This user role will be able to revoke and lock Artifacts
