We've adjusted the Agent's logic to handle industry matches significantly better. Previously, things like job title & skills overrode industry causing the right type of people to display but in the wrong industry. Since our logic updates, we're now noticing a 50% increase in exact match results when looking for specific industries.

We trained the agent to handle company size on a People chat. Previously, this only functioned on a Company chat. You can chat and ask for company size or use the Discover Criteria filters below at any time during your chat.

We saw scenarios of users taking action to ask for things like " people at start ups" or "people at companies above $2B in revenue." We currently do not support these scenarios.

But we were able to train the Agent to use company size to make inferences about these types of examples to thus catch some but not all of these asks. For example, someone asking for a "start up" is likely looking for a smaller company and a company that was founded within the past 3-5 years. While we don't support company age, we can use these inferences to help shape the results to smaller companies and give users a better scope of results with which to work.
