Importing Candidates from the Job Dashboard

Users may add Candidates to their Job Dashboard by importing resumes. To do this, open the relevant Job and then click the plus sign located by your workflow stage name.

Selecting Your Contacts will allow you to individually select contacts or search for a contact based on name. Selecting Upload New Resumes will allow you to upload a batch of up to 250 resumes directly to this job. Need more on uploading resumes? See our guide HERE.

If you're a Dice, Resume Library or CareerBuilder user, you can search and source contacts directly from the respective job boards. **Please Note** These options will only display if you have an active subscription or credits with these vendors.
