How to receive alerts when a client add something via the client portal

To start managing your notification settings, select your navigation menu and select Your Profile & Preferences

Afterwards, you'll want to navigate to Notifications and you'll then be able to modify 3 notification preferences:

1. In App Notifications: This will prompt a notification via the bell icon in the top left hand corner of your screen when your clients update the client portal with notes, feedback, or rating of candidates. Please see here: Managing Notifications for more on that topic.

2. Email Notifications: This will send an email when your clients update the client portal with notes, feedback, or rating of candidates.

3. Email Frequency: You may set a Immediate, Daily or Weekly notification trigger for emails as to how frequently you'd like to receive email updates regarding client updates to your portal.
