How It Works
The Living Resume eliminates repetitive, manual work by automatically updating and summarizing key candidate details. This allows recruiters to focus their time on higher-impact activities such as client conversations and candidate engagement. It also keeps profiles current while visually highlighting important career moments, including employment gaps, short tenures, industry shifts, and title changes.
Getting Started
To access it:
- Open a Contact record in Crelate. 
- On the right-hand side of your screen, locate the Living Resume button (it appears just below the Documents button). 
- Click Living Resume to open and view the candidate’s summarized profile. 
Why It Matters
Recruiters often spend hours verifying job titles and career history across multiple sources. The Living Resume streamlines this process, freeing up time for more meaningful work like client communication and candidate engagement.
