Generic AI often misses the mark because it doesn’t understand the nuances of your recruiting strategy. Train Your AI Agents changes that. By integrating your team’s existing data with Crelate’s intelligent engine, it creates a hybrid approach that blends:

To enable the use of Train Your AI Agents, you will first want to establish field mappings within your AI Agent Settings to most closely match with your team's customized workflow.

To help train your AI agents within Crelate, you will need to navigate to your Settings under "AI Agents" -> "Insights Agent Mappings".

From there, you can add field mappings for your Tag Categories or Custom Fields that will map over to the selected Discovery Criteria in your Discovery AI Agent.
