How to exclude specific email addresses for Email Journaling

Email journaling is a powerful tool that allows you to see all email communication to and from contacts in Crelate. We understand that there may be cases where sensitive information is shared and you may not want emails from a specific email address to journal (for example: if you would not like to have any of the CEOs' emails journal to Crelate).

Rest assured, we have an easy solution to set an email address to not journal for any emails via our Email Exclusions List.

You may also set up the Journaling Rules directly in Google and Microsoft to ignore email addresses and domains.

**Please note: For support on setting up the journaling rules in Google or Microsoft to ignore email addresses and domains, please reach out to them directly for assistance**

To add an email address to the Email Exclusions List, please navigate to Settings | Journaling

By adding an email address to the Email Exclusions List, Crelate will review incoming messages To, From, or CC with that email address and block it from showing up on a Contact's record.
