Updated this week

Coming off the heels of our AI Agent releases in the summer and fall, we're back for more with series of updates to our Marketplace, Business Development Workflow & more. Nearly all of these were client driven and initiated via our Feedback Board. Thanks to all of you for continue to share your feedback to generate ideas as we continue to grow the platform.

Zoom VOIP Integration

What it is

The ability to connect your Zoom credentials directly into Crelate enabling users to click to dial directly from Crelate.

Why it was built

We're always on the lookout to expand our Marketplace with premium and best in breed partners. This helps provide expanded VOIP integration partners to Crelate's already robust partner network.

What it solves for

For Zoom users, it offers a seamless ability to plug and play directly in Crelate. For non-Zoom users, it offers expanded optionality to consider automating and connecting your VOIP process directly to Crelate.

Microsoft Teams Calendar Integration

What it is

The ability to schedule a calendar appointment directly from Crelate to your Microsoft account.

Why it was built

With so many O365 users, we wanted to more seamlessly connect the scheduling process right where you already work.

What it solves for

Reducing or completely eliminating the need to leave Crelate and book and appointment only to then have to return to Crelate to track it. Now, one action of scheduling can do both.

Sequencing & Business Development Integration

What it is

The ability to connect Sequences directly within our native Business Development workflow.

Why it was built

The experience was already available via our Recruiting workflow and we had received a high volume of feedback to integrate it into the second most popular workflow.

What it solves for

This saves you time, steps and extra clicks. Previously, you would have needed to leave the record, navigate to Sequencing, select the Sequence, add the contact to the Sequence and save. Now those 5 steps are combined into 1.

Placement Template Creation

What it is

Why it was built

We had received a number of requests from clients to automate the process of sharing placement data via email to better connect your placement data with your Finance & Accounting teams. This is really to help make their lives easier by quickly (and automatically) receiving key and relevant placement details.

What it solves for

Prevents your finance and back office team for hunting out the latest financial details (or missing them entirely). Easily connect them to the last active placement, the regarded job, company, and placed candidate all via a neatly organized email.
