With support for the Model Context Protocol (MCP), you can connect compatible AI assistants and tools to your Crelate data using a standardized connection, reducing the need to build and maintain custom integrations.

Availability: The Crelate MCP Server is currently available as a beta feature for eligible Business Plus clients with Agents and Platform pricing.

What Is MCP?

AI assistants are quickly becoming part of everyday recruiting and business workflows. However, connecting those tools to the systems where your data lives has traditionally required custom integrations, development resources, and ongoing maintenance.

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) provides a standardized way for compatible AI assistants to interact with Crelate. This allows you to bring your Crelate data into the AI tools you already use while reducing the complexity of building individual integrations for every AI platform.

With MCP, you can connect compatible AI-powered tools, including solutions such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and other supported AI assistants, to Crelate data through a standardized protocol.


Access Your Crelate Data Through AI

The initial release of the Crelate MCP Server provides read-only access to supported Crelate data.

This means compatible AI tools can help you retrieve and work with information from Crelate using natural language, including data related to:

  • Candidates

  • Contacts

  • Companies

  • Jobs

  • Activities

For example, rather than manually navigating through records, you may be able to ask your connected AI assistant questions about information stored in Crelate and use that context to support your workflow.


What Can You Do with MCP?

The Crelate MCP Server can help create new ways to interact with your recruiting data through AI-powered tools.

Potential use cases include:

What Is Available in V1?

The first version of the Crelate MCP Server is intentionally read-only.

You can use compatible AI tools to access and retrieve supported information from Crelate, but the initial release does not include actions that modify your data, such as creating records, generating tasks, or updating workflows.

This creates a foundation for future MCP capabilities while ensuring the initial experience focuses on securely connecting AI assistants with your Crelate data.


Looking Ahead

The Crelate MCP Server is just the beginning of what is possible with AI-powered access to your recruiting data. As the beta experience evolves, we plan to continue expanding MCP capabilities and introducing new ways for compatible AI tools to interact with Crelate.
