First, you'll want to navigate to the four line horizontal menu and move to Manage your Profile & Preferences. Next, under Integrations toggle all 3 options under the RingCentral section to Off followed by saving above.
Next after the page has re-loaded, you may Link your RingCentral Account.
You'll then be directed to a pop-up where you may enter your email ID or phone number followed by your password to login.
With that complete, you'll then "Authorize" those changes. If you encounter any issues during this process, consider troubleshooting steps such as clearing your browser cache, disabling extensions, or using an incognito window.
