As we continue to iterate on our AI Agents, review below for the latest digest of new enhancements.

Because of how large this release is, we've put together a quick overview clip.

Name Lookup (Contacts & Companies)

You now have the ability to run a direct lookup on either a company or contact to quickly add an individual record right to your database.

Position Type and Company Lookup

You can also now lookup types of people at companies. By default, it will boost the result of that company (without marking it as required). If you did only wish to see that company, simply use the Required selection (see below).

Expanded Field Requirements

You now have the ability to mark nearly every Discover Criteria field as required. This was a big one from many users looking for more explicit and exact controls over the results. We're excited to get client's hands on this!

Year of Experience Adjustment

Previously, the years of experience filter was often too loose with it's interpretations leading to ranges of experience (for example 5-10 years) often returning people well above 10 + years. We've tightened the logic to be more selective within the given range (while still giving some flexibility) to return better & more consistent results. You can also, if you did want to be even more restrictive, use the Requirement option to further narrow the results.

Email Cleanup

Previously, when a contact was created, the Agent was bringing over past company email addresses (meaning an email for that person's previous job). We've cleaned that up to now only bring over the current work email (while still also providing personal email addresses).

User Intent and Prompts

We can now see specific details that users add versus what our AI incorporates into the chat. This has allowed us to do a number of things already and has added several future consideration items.

  • With this, we'll now boost what you've explicitly asked for with greater weight ensuring better top ranking results

  • We're also reading through thousands of prompts to find areas in which we can continue to expand the Agents performance. A few early options

    • County - We're noticing people looking up counties, something the agent doesn't support today but we can look to train in

    • "Manager" job titles - We're noticing the Agent will infer job titles like a Program Manager as a level of manager. We're looking to train the agent on common job titles that use the word manager but aren't actually managerial

    • Territory - We noticed the agent inconsistently handles things like: Deep South, Midwest, DMV, etc. We're working to better train our agent to support that

    • Type of Company - We're noticing users are looking for people that work at companies greater than 200 employees or that work at startups, etc. Things that our agent doesn't consistently handle today. We believe with more training, we'll be able to support these (and many more!) in the future.
