Crelate will allow you to reset your password in 2 separate ways:
Option Number 1
Best option if you cannot currently login to Crelate
If you navigate to: https://app.crelate.com/ OR logout of your current Crelate account (see below) you'll then be brought to the following screen. Next, enter your account login ID.
From there, you'll be brought to a screen that will allow you to reset your password by selecting Forgot your Password?
Next, you may enter your email address to reset your password after selecting the Send Reset Link. This will send a password reset link to your email ID.
Please Note: Your password must be at least 6 characters.
Option Number 2
Best if you are in Crelate, you know your current password but would like to reset your password
To start managing your notification settings, select your navigation menu and select Manage Your Profile & Preferences
Afterwards, you'll want to navigate to the Security section and select Change Password.
Enter your current password in the Current Password field.
Enter your desired password in the New Password field
Click Save Password
**Please Note** Your password must be at least 8 characters.
