BETA - Add I9 Actions to Onboarding Checklists

With this latest update, you can now easily add an I-9 action to your onboarding checklists, streamlining the process for both candidates and employers.

How to Add an I-9 Item to Your Checklist:

  • Navigate to Settings in the bottom left corner of your dashboard.

  • Under Checklists, select your Onboarding Checklists.

  • When creating or editing a checklist template, click on Onboarding Actions and select I-9.

  • You will have the option to add Form I-9 for the candidate to fill out, along with I-9 Supplement B for the employer to complete.

Once this action is added to the checklist, the employee will be able to view and complete the necessary forms directly in the Employee Portal.

This feature simplifies the onboarding process by ensuring that both the candidate and employer fulfill their I-9 responsibilities efficiently and in a streamlined manner.

After the Employee completes Section 1 of the I-9, the Employer with associated privileges will be required to complete Section 2 of the I-9, confirming citizen status and the applicable document information.
