In Crelate, there are several ways to view which jobs you have published.
Navigating to: https://jobs.crelate.com/portal/YourOrgNameHere will allow you to view your portal page and all jobs actively published.
Additionally, within your opportunities or jobs tab, you may select 'find' to run a query based on published jobs. You can also filter job postings by their published date using the “Published to Free Boards On” filter. Set your desired date range and combine it with the “On Job Portal” filter set to "Yes" to refine your results.
After selecting find, you'll want to scroll towards the very bottom of the filter list (you'll see it under the section Other), and add a filter for On Job Portal.
Selecting True will display that query, which may then be saved. This will dynamically update as jobs are added and removed from the portal. To find the total number of published jobs, access the in-app guide or tutorial provided by Crelate support. Follow the steps to locate your published job count and manage postings effectively. For further organization, consider adding the “Portal Last Posted On” column to your Opportunities list. Sorting by this column allows you to view postings by their published date and manage them accordingly.
