A Query can be created by navigating to any record tab in Crelate and using the Find function.
As discussed in our article Differentiating a List from a Query, a Query is a collection of records that meet a specific criteria. This is considered a 'dynamic' query, as records will be added to the result, or removed from the results, based on meeting the "Query filter" (such as a 'Tag' or "Address' info, etc.).
Creating a Query
First, you will need to navigate to the Record Tab in question that you wish to create the Query for and select Find.
Next, you will want to add your criteria on the right-side panel (like Tags).
Once you add the criteria, you will want to select Save at the top and name your Query. You may also share your Query with the rest of your organization by selecting the checkbox.
Deleting a Query
To delete a Query, you will first need to navigate to the Query in question and select the Gear Icon in the upper-right corner.
From here, select This Query and Delete on the right-side panel.
