For Omni users, we’re adding Offboarding and other improvements to Checklists, such as sequential steps and groups. Deliver gets a wide range of improvements to our timekeeping and payroll capabilities!
These Checklist Templates, define the set of tasks that should be completed and the criteria for completing each task. Also, checklist items can be assigned to Users and Employees to complete now!
The "Checklists" tab on the Home page, shows checklists and checklist items for all contacts.
1. Checklist Templates
Checklists can be used to define a standard set of tasks that must be completed for a Contact. Once a Template is defined, you can start a Checklist for a contact from the Checklist tab on the contact record, then begin completing items on the checklist.
2. Onboarding Checklist Templates
Onboarding Checklists can be used to define a standard set of tasks that must be completed to onboard a new employee or worker. Once a template is defined, you can start a checklist for a contact from the Hire - Onboarding tab on the contact record. then begin completing the items on the checklist.
3. Offboarding Checklist Templates
Offboarding Checklists can be used to define a standard set of tasks that must be completed to offboard an employee or worker. Once a Template is defined, you can start a checklist for a contact from the Hire - Offboarding tab on the contact record, then begin completing the items on the checklist
Workflow stage to trigger checklist
Checklists for contacts are often crucial during specific stages of the hiring process. To support this, we’ve introduced a new workflow stage rule: “Create a new Checklist.” Now, when you move candidates to certain Recruiting workflow stages, you’ll be prompted to create a checklist for them. This new feature automates the process, saving you time and keeping you organized.
Sequential items and grouping on Checklists
Our exciting new enhancement to checklists allows you to specify if items or groups must be completed in sequential order. This means that item/group B can't be completed until item/group A is finished, and so on. This feature gives you more control over your checklists by ensuring tasks are done in the correct sequence.
