Yes. When Match Application Form to Indeed Screener is turned on, the Crelate Application Form selected on a Job is used as Indeed’s screener questions. Candidates answer the questions on Indeed as they apply, without leaving Indeed.

Where candidates’ answers appear

Each candidate’s answers are saved to their Contact Record as an Application Form document. If any questions on the form use Field Mapping, those answers also fill in the mapped fields on the Contact Record. To set up Field Mapping, see Managing Application Forms.

Before you start

You need three things:

Job board publishing enabled for your organization. To enable it, start a chat with Crelate Support, or email support@crelate.com. See also Enabling Job Boards for Your Organization.
An Indeed account. Publishing Jobs to Indeed requires one.
An Application Form attached to each Job. Indeed shows screener questions only for Jobs that have an Application Form. See Managing Application Forms.

Turn on Application Forms for Indeed

Select Settings, then Portals, then Job Portal, and then Job Board Publishing.
Set Job Board Publishing to Enabled.
Next to Indeed, select Yes.
Next to Match Application Form to Indeed Screener, select Yes.

Turning on Indeed makes your Jobs available to Indeed. Whether your Jobs appear in Indeed’s search results depends on Indeed’s quality review and rules.

💡 Pro Tip: Indeed also offers Share Disposition Data with Indeed, a separate setting from Application Forms. Select Yes to send disposition data to Indeed, which can help you get more quality applicants for your Jobs.

Select an Application Form on a Job

Open the Job Record, and go to the Summary tab.
In the panel on the right, select Edit, next to the Job’s status. The Edit Opportunity window opens.
In the Application Form field, select the search icon and choose the form.
Save your changes.

💡 Pro Tip: Select the Application Form before you publish the Job to Indeed, so candidates see your screener questions from the start.
