Enabling Background Checks
As an Admin, go to Settings | Background Checks
Toggle the switch to highlight the setting Enable First Advantage Background Checks on.
Enter your First Advantage Account Id
Save
Note β you may need to request this from your First Advantage Rep.
Background checks can be initiated from a Contact Record by navigating to This Contact | Order Background Check | From First Advantage.
Here you can select the Email Address on the record for the Contact to receive the First Advantage Invitation to complete the Background Check as well as choose from the Background Packages configured in your First Advantage Account.
Use the toggle to select Yes and then OK.
Adding a First Advantage Background Check to an Onboarding Checklist
From the Checklist Template select Add Item | Onboarding Actions | Background Check | First Advantage
Use the Packages dropdown to choose from the Background Packages configured in your First Advantage Account.
Note β Selecting a Package is required. First Advantage Background Checks configured as part of an Onboarding Checklist will require the selected package to be completed, users cannot change to another package from the Checklist.
