How can I view Open Jobs on my Home Page?

On your home page, selecting the cogwheel (item #1 below) will allow you to configure your view. From there, navigating to Filters you may filter down based on Stage.

Next, select whichever stages for you indicate an open job. In the example below, you'll see we have selected Open For Recruiting but keep in mind these stages can be customized and may vary per your language. Don't forget to save to complete these changes.
