Why Can't I Refresh or Reset my Job?
Answer
There are two primary reasons for why you cannot refresh or reset a job even when it has been beyond 14 or 45 days respectively.
1. The job has expired. If your job has expired, instead of Refresh or Reset, you'll instead want to un-publish and republish that job.
2. The job is currently Sponsored. If your job is sponsored you will be unable to Refresh or Reset. This is a stipulation handed down by job boards and is not something Crelate can control.
