Searching via Record Status is a powerful tool as it allows customers to find contacts, companies, and opportunities based on their given status. For more on Record Statuses, check out our guide here.
Additionally, statuses such as “Active” or “Inactive” are configurable options in Crelate and indicate whether a candidate’s record is active. These statuses are customizable according to your organization’s needs, which makes them invaluable for narrowing search results effectively.
To begin, follow the steps outlined below.
Navigate to the Search area in Crelate and enable Advanced mode.
Click Add Filter and choose Candidate Record Status (you may also begin typing to easily find the filter).
Simply use the magnifying glass or begin typing in the Record Status field to search for the statuses of your choice.
