How to Use an Artifact

A quick description of what an Artifact's role is in Crelate

Available with Crelate Hire and Crelate Deliver

Like a normal document, an artifact can be attached to Contacts, Companies, Opportunities, and Assignments to keep track of important information where you need to see it. Within Crelate Hire, an Artifact can also be configured to be collected through a Checklist.

Common artifacts include things like resumes, certifications, licenses, signed offer letters, and compliance documents — essentially any file you want tied to a specific record and easy to find later.

Tip: Unlike a simple file attachment, an artifact is a tracked item — it can carry an expiration date, be required on a Checklist, and be reported on across records.
