We are bringing Crelate’s AI capabilities together into one connected experience, from the rebuilt Chrome AI Talent Assistant and conversational search to a self-updating database, unified Agent Dashboard, MCP, and webhooks. Together, these updates are designed to reduce manual work, surface smarter insights, and help you spend more time engaging the people who matter.

Here is what is new.

Crelate is becoming an AI-first platform built to work alongside you.

This release brings AI deeper into the recruiting workflow, helping you move from manually searching, researching, and maintaining your database to having intelligent Agents proactively do more of the work for you.

From finding the right candidates and uncovering new opportunities to keeping your database current and connecting Crelate with the AI tools you already use, the new AI Platform creates a more connected, intelligent recruiting experience.

Flexible Credits provide a simple way to access Crelate's AI-powered capabilities and data enrichment based on your plan and the features you use.

Customers without Agentic add-ons, Discovery, or Insights will receive a set allotment of Flexible Credits to use as needed. Customers with Discovery, Insights, or other applicable Agentic or enrichment add-ons will have access to packaged credits associated with those features.

This flexible approach allows you to try AI-powered capabilities before committing to additional usage, while providing options to expand your access as your needs grow.

The rebuilt Crelate Chrome extension acts as your AI Talent Assistant, bringing powerful AI capabilities directly into the tools you use every day. Instantly identify whether someone already exists in your Crelate database, enrich profiles with updated contact information, capture new Contacts, and more—all while you work.

The experience is faster and smarter, designed to reduce the manual research and data entry that can slow your recruiting workflow.

The Crelate AI Talent Assistant will be available to all clients as part of the AI Platform experience, giving you the opportunity to explore its capabilities without requiring an existing AI package or an initial credit commitment.

This gives you a chance to try the AI Talent Assistant and experience the value of its AI-powered tools before deciding whether additional credit usage is right for your team. As your needs grow, Flexible Credits provide the ability to expand access to applicable AI-powered capabilities and data enrichment.

Crelate's AI Resume Parser turns resumes into clean, ready-to-use Contact records with minimal effort. Simply drag and drop a resume into the AI Talent Assistant, and Crelate automatically extracts the relevant information and prepares the Contact.

Bring Crelate into the AI tools you already use. Crelate now supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard that securely connects your Crelate data with external AI assistants.

Ask questions, find candidates, and surface insights from your Crelate database using natural language directly within the AI tools you work with. MCP is initially rolling out in early access to a limited group of customers.

Crelate is introducing an initial Webhooks offering that expands your ability to connect Crelate with your own systems and integrations.

The initial release supports Create, Update, and Delete events for Contacts, Jobs, and Companies, allowing you to build more direct connections to custom integrations and workflows.

Webhooks can be managed through a graphical interface within Crelate or through new Webhook endpoints in the Crelate API v3.

As always, we are making major API updates (in addition to Webhooks & MCP) to give you greater flexibility and access to the data in your system of record.

This release includes updates to Relationships, Forms, and more, along with the new Webhooks capabilities and MCP support.

Crelate's new Native eSignature feature makes it easy to send, track, and manage signature requests without leaving the platform. Build reusable templates with custom signer roles and fields, then send documents directly from a Contact Record or as part of an automated onboarding checklist.

Once completed, signed documents are automatically saved to the appropriate record, keeping everything organized and easy to access.

It's a fast, seamless way to keep the hiring and onboarding process moving without switching tools or chasing down paperwork.

Date and time formats were previously configured as organization-wide settings under Settings > Regional. With this update, individual users can now customize their own regional preferences, allowing different users within the same organization to use the date and time formats that work best for them.

This is just the beginning.
