In Crelate, you'll have the ability, through our RingCentral Connector to purchase a text message license. This functionality is built to allow you to send and track text messages directly on your contact records within Crelate. Prior to utilizing, we'll walk you through how to purchase your RingCentral Text Message Connector here.

1. To activate your RingCentral Connector Texting subscription, you may navigate to Settings | Manage Licenses.

2. Next, choose the amount of licenses you need and select YES.

3. Next, you'll be redirected to the 'Text Message' portal to add and assign your licenses.

4. After selecting the sign, use the drop down to select which user you would like to assign text message privileges to.
