Our 1st major release of 2023 emphasizes key features from highly requested customer feedback and is aligned with our current Product Roadmap. We are releasing these features for the continued enhancement of your experience with Crelate:

This is all of course in addition to the continuation of our You Asked, We Delivered series, which has seen us release over two dozen features requested directly by you this year. We look forward to optimizing your Crelate experience allowing you to move faster and make even more placements.

Sequencing

Enabled Workflow Stages NEW

Crelate is adding the ability to link Recruiting Workflow Stages directly to a Sequence. This will let your users add Contacts directly to a Sequence when adding or moving Contacts in their workflows. Administrators can link a Sequence by selecting a shared Sequence in Settings | Workflows | Recruiting Workflow and selecting a stage.

We have created a new area that will be displayed on the Job/Opportunity dashboard for linked stages. This will provide Users with the status of the contact on the specific sequence. Users will be able to quickly see if the Contact is Active, Paused, or has a Positive or Negative result phase of the sequence.

Contacts that have been added by a stage change will also have a ‘New Sequence’ icon in the Activity section of the Contact tile. If they are active on the Sequence, it will be blue and if they are no longer active it will be gray.

Contacts in the Sequence will also have the Regarding set on the ‘Contact In Sequence’ page to allow filtering.

  • Total Steps Completed

  • Total Steps Skipped

  • Total steps with Wait Bypassed

Step Creation CHANGED

Step Name will now be blank by default and Step Timings will now have a “Minutes” option, replacing the “Seconds” option.

Reporting

Schedule Sending Reporting Chart emails to Users NEW

Users with Full Reporting Permissions will be able to use the new “Configure Scheduled Emails” option to schedule emails with reporting Charts. This new pop-up will allow the selection of up to 5 Charts and the format of the attachment (CSV or XLSX).

Users will be able to select the hour of the day and what days of the week or the beginning, or the end of the month as recurring sending options.

Note: The exact time an email goes out is not guaranteed.

Ability to give specific User Roles Read access to Report Pages NEW

Administrators will have a new Reporting Access setting. The Report Access setting is only available for users with Read Reporting Permissions settings. Roles with Read and Limited will be able to have access only to specified Report Pages. Administrators can still set this to Report Access to All if they want to let the User Role have Read access to all reports.

Set the User Role to:

  • Reporting Permissions = Read

  • Report Access = Limited

Then on the specific Report Pages select the User Role Access to configure option:

In the Select User Roles pop up you will have a list of the User Roles with Limited Access to select and enable access for the Report Page.
